LUMoS 提供的是面向家长的家庭赋能服务，不是治疗中心。我们不做诊断，也不替代 OT、ST、心理或精神科服务；我们做的是陪你读懂孩子，并把专业观察变成家里和学校都能用的实际策略 LUMoS provides family support, not therapy services. We do not diagnose or replace OT, ST, psychology, or psychiatric services. We help parents understand their child and turn observations into strategies that work at home and school.

简单来说：LUMoS 陪你把“孩子怎么了？”变成“我们接下来怎么支持？” In short: LUMoS turns “What is happening?” into “What can we do next?”

孩子一崩溃，我不知道是故意、累了，还是他真的不会表达 When my child melts down, I do not know whether it is a behaviour concern, tiredness, or a communication need.

老师说孩子不配合，可是我不知道要怎么跟学校谈 The teacher says my child is not cooperating, but I do not know how to discuss it with school.

当孩子在家里、学校或情绪上卡住时，家长可以把当下情况发来，我们一起整理回应方式 When something happens at home, at school, or during an emotional moment, parents can message us so we can work through the response together.

LUMoS 是什么？跟治疗有什么不同？ What is LUMoS, and how is it different from therapy?

LUMoS 是面向家长的家庭赋能服务，不是治疗。我们不做临床诊断，也不替代 OT 或 ST。我们陪你一起读懂孩子的行为，并在家庭生活中找到适合他的支持方式。 LUMoS provides family support, not therapy. We do not provide diagnoses or replace OT or ST. We help parents understand their child's behaviour and find support strategies that fit family life.

线上咨询是跟孩子还是跟家长沟通？ Are online sessions with the child or the parent?

主要跟家长沟通。因为家长是每天跟孩子相处的人，我们的目标是帮你成为孩子最稳定的支持者。如过程中需要和孩子互动，我们会另外安排。 Mainly with parents. Parents are with the child every day, so our goal is to help you become your child's most stable source of support. If child interaction is needed, it will be arranged separately.

会提供报告吗？可以给学校吗？ Will there be a report, and can it be shared with school?

会。报告以华文为主，如需要英文也可以。报告所有权完全属于家长，你可以自由选择是否分享给校方、医生或治疗师。 Yes. Reports are mainly in Chinese, with English available if needed. The report belongs fully to the parents, and you decide whether to share it with schools, doctors, or therapists.

你们会推荐治疗师或精神科医生吗？ Will you recommend therapists or doctors?

我们会根据观察给出建议。如果发现孩子需要治疗支持，我们会如实告诉你。但我们没有跟任何治疗中心合作，也没有推荐 KPI，所以建议会保持客观。 We give suggestions based on observations. If a child may need therapy support, we will say so honestly. We are not tied to any therapy centre and do not have referral KPIs.

付款后多久可以开始？ How soon can we start after payment?

收到付款截图后，我们会在 24 小时内发送正式发票，并和你预约第一次咨询的时间。 After receiving your payment proof, we will send an official invoice within 24 hours and arrange the first session with you.

你们有实体中心吗？可以线下见面吗？ Do you have a physical centre? Are in-person sessions available?

目前以线上支持为主。我们也提供线下咨询，限特定区域，并需要提前沟通安排。 We currently focus on online support. In-person consultations may be available in selected areas with prior arrangement.
